Typographical Errors
In the event that a CK TIRE, INC. (323MOTORSPORTS) product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, CK TIRE, INC. (323MOTORSPORTS) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. CK TIRE, INC. (323MOTORSPORTS) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, CK TIRE, INC. (323MOTORSPORTS) shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Your personal information is private. We protect our customers personal information. While doing business with you, we may have to get certain information, such as your name, home address, vehicle, and e-mail address. We will not sell, rent, trade or give away individual, personal information entered to our site to any third party, without exception. We collect such information strictly to process orders. This privacy policy is subject to change at the sole discretion of CK TIRE, INC.(323MOTORSPORTS). When we modify it, we will post the changes in a revised policy statement. When you place your order you will be using a secure order form. We take all the precautions to protect the privacy of your credit card information. We utilize Secure Socket Layers, the most advanced security system available. All your ordering information, including your name, address, and credit card number will be encrypted using a secure server for maximum security.
SHIPPING METHOD
CK TIRE, INC./323MOTORSPORTS ships to Worldwide. We ships by UPS and USPS ground service.
Domestic takes 2~7days & Internationaltakes 5~10 business days. Sometime USPS takes more when it ships to PR. We are not responsible for delays incurred after departure from our side. We only ship to address same as billing address.
CANCELLED ORDERS
All cancelled orders are charged a 20% restocking fee. This fee is non-refundable unless there was an error on our part, such as fitment issues. If the cancellation is our fault, you shall be refunded in full.
RETURN POLICY
Any order that receives payment verbally or online constitutes a legal and binding sales agreement from purchaser to seller and hereby is subject to the following terms and conditions.
Cancellations, Deposits and special order items are non-returnable, and non-refundable. Projected delivery dates are estimates and not a firm commitment by the seller.
1. CK TIRE, INC/323Motorsports only receive return, when sent the wrong item and/or fitment issue (Must re-send as new/unused condition, otherwise no refund).
2. There are no returns on used or damaged merchandise.
3. Used rim & tire packages are non-refundable
4. No returns on merchandise which has been customized to meet the
Customer’s application requirements
* All merchandise must be new, and un-mounted. Once a wheel is mounted or installed on a vehicle, they cannot be returned. For customers purchasing wheels only (i.e. no tires), once a tire is mounted on a wheel no returns will be allowed. Shipping and labor are non-refundable.
- All claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
- All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. We assume no responsibility for delayed, damaged or list items by the shipping company.
- All merchandise must be in new/unused condition with original packaging(damaged rims and tires are not acceptable).
1. Fill out the Return Merchant Authorization Form and send us to customerservice@323motorsports.com and/or Fax 323.234.8426.
If you have questions about return, please give us call to 888-240-5080.
2. After we received the form, Customer service will provide RMA#(Return Merchant Authorizaion),Please write down RMA# on Return Merchant Authorization Form(top right hand corner) and send us with merchant.
3. Please remove all accessories (lugs, spacers, etc.) and discard. Placing loose of floating hardware in the packages can damage the wheel.
4. If the return wheels have center caps, please secure each cap to the wheel. Also, If the returned wheels have any spoke inserts or any other loose parts (excluding lugs) that are to be returned, please package them securely to ensure that these pieces do not damage the wheels while in transit.
5. Please make sure you have to send us with Return Merchant Authorization Form, we will refuse if the Return Authorization Form not include.
**Important** Please write RMA# on each box, otherwise we don’t accept the package.
6. Send the merchant to CK TIRE INC/323motorsports via UPS and/or Fedex within 10days that you received RMA#. Please note you are responsible for the return shipping charges. The address is:

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTIES
Merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of manufacturer’s warranty. Freight charges for warranty claims are the responsibility of the end user. Other than the manufacturers warranty, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
PRICES
Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event that an incorrect price is listed or advertised, CK TIRE, INC.(323MOTORSPORTS) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders at the incorrect price. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
ACCEPTED AND TAXES
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover. We do not accept personal checks or CODs. CK TIRE, INC.(323MOTORSPORTS) collects sales tax on all orders shipping to California, as required by law. International orders over $300 MUST be paid via paypal(address has be to confirmed, NO EXCEPTIONS).
INSTALLATION AND LABOR COSTS
CK TIRE, INC.(323MOTORSPORTS) assumes no liability for any installation or labor costs the customer may incur in connection with parts purchased from us, even if there was a wrong item received or defective item received. It is the customer’s responsibility to fully inspect all received parts for accuracy and quality before contracting an installation shop to do any labor.
DISCONTINUED VENDORS
Although CK TIRE, INC.(323MOTORSPORTS) values its relationships with its suppliers, circumstances may arise which may force CK TIRE, INC.(323MOTORSPORTS) to terminate business practices with any of its suppliers and therefore discontinuing any product(s) associated with that supplier. Any product supported by a manufacturing warranty that CK TIRE, INC.(323MOTORSPORTS) elects to discontinue distribution of will be supported only by the manufacturer or the former supplier of that product. CK TIRE, INC.(323MOTORSPORTS) bears no responsibilities or liabilities to conduct any warranty claims for items that they do not or no longer distribute.
FRAUDULENT CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION AND CHARGEBACK POLICY
It is sad that we have to put this section into this agreement, but the fact is that many people that make purchases on the Internet do so with the intent to defraud the merchant. CK TIRE, INC.(323MOTORSPORTS) takes credit card fraud very seriously and that is why we have added this section. A chargeback is when you call your credit card company or bank and tell them to reverse the charges paid to a merchant. Filing a chargeback after receiving merchandise is fraud and we will prosecute anybody that attempts or commits fraud against us.
If you place a chargeback with your credit card company (on purpose or by mistake) for any order that you placed and received, there will be a $150.00 research fee charged to your account upon receiving the chargeback by our merchant provider to cover our investigative expenses to prove that you did make the purchase. By filing a chargeback you are also voluntarily revoking your right to return the products that have been sent to you
CK TIRE, INC.(323MOTORSPORTS) does not tolerate credit card fraud, and all fraud, without exception, will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. In addition, we will pursue civil legal action seeking any loss of income related to the fraud, including business, legal fees, research costs, employee down time and loss of revenues.
CK TIRE, INC.(323MOTORSPORTS) considers credit card charge backs to be fraud if you have made no reasonable effort to work with us to resolve any problems with your purchase. All frivolous chargebacks not only cost our employees time away from our usual and customary matters of conducting normal business, but cost us money, therefore:
You agree that if you, the buyer, choose to do business with CK TIRE, INC.(323MOTORSPORTS), and you file a charge back with your credit card company, and you do not win the charge back argument, you agree to pay us $150 for our time responding to the matter plus any owed restocking fees that you have agreed to. You, the buyer authorize us to charge this amount to your credit card. If this charge is rejected (or chargedback again), CK TIRE, INC.(323MOTORSPORTS) will pursue legal action to recoup losses for our time associated with responding to the chargeback in addition to any other fees explained above. You agree to reimburse us or any representative we may appoint for any legal expenses your actions may make us incur. We take fraud seriously. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The waiver of a breach hereunder does not waive any other or subsequent breach.
If you file a chargeback prior to returning merchandise and there are outstanding fees due to us (restocking fees or other agreed upon fees), your merchandise will not be accepted by us. We will either not sign for it (if signature is required) or will mark it return to sender.
In the event that you win the charge back with your credit card company, and have not returned our goods, CK TIRE, INC.(323MOTORSPORTS) will attempt to recover fraudulently disputed charges plus all other fees owed to us and additional costs via a third-party collection agency and your account will be reported to all credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account. This may severely damage your credit rating for at least the next seven (7) years. In addition to this, CK TIRE, INC.(323MOTORSPORTS) will file a report with your local police or sheriff’s department, and file a mail fraud complaint with the United States Postal Inspection Service.
Note: The customer must attempt to return any and all merchandise to CK TIRE, INC.(323MOTORSPORTS) before attempting a chargeback. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Any warranty request must be done by submitting a warranty service request. After submitting said warranty request, we will review the request and issue an RMA #. Only products with a valid RMA# will be accepted. All other returns will be refused on arrival. When you ship your item, please use a shipping method that can be tracked, such as FedEx and/or UPS and provide the tracking number to us in writing. Always insure the shipped items for the full purchase price. If returned products are found not to be subject to the warranty coverage, the product will be returned to the sender, without repair or replacement, at the senders' expense. Buyer(s) are responsible for all shipping costs, plus a 25% restocking fee. This will be applied to all cancelled and/or returned orders. All items must be returned in brand new, un-mounted, not installed on vehicle condition with original packaging, otherwise we don’t accept cancel, refund & exchange. No cancellations or refunds/exchange will be issued on special orders, custom built, custom painted, used rims and tire pkg, rims & tire pkg (i.e mounting & balancing pkg), tire mounted rims or 3 piece wheels. When we shipping back to Buyer(s), Buyer(s) responsible shipping & handling fee.
For customers purchasing wheels only (i.e. no tires), once a tire is mounted on a wheel no returns will be allowed.
We don’t responsible(such as refund/return & exchange) for fitment unless Buyer(s) provide vehicle brand and model.
All items are subject to availability. Any shipping damage or defects must be reported in writing within 24 hours of receipt. All claims must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise in writing only. We assume no responsibility for delayed, damaged or lost items by the shipping company. Shipping damage claims must be filed with the shipping company. We will assist in this process; however, we must be notified of damages in order to facilitate the claim process. No exchange will be given for customers who bid on incorrect items. Please read the item description carefully and ask any questions before placing any bids.
